 | Costa Mesa Community Gardens June 2011 The City of Costa Mesa has 2 Community Gardens managed and operated by the City. The Del Mar Community Garden located at 170 Del Mar Street has 60 parcels that are currently occupied with a 2 year wait list. The Hamilton Community Garden located at 523 Hamilton Street has 42 parcels that are currently occupied with a 2 year wait list. Both gardens have water service, a portable toilet, and a trash dumpster.
