Costa Mesa City Hall Presents new Water Wise Gardens
Visitors to City Hall may now experience eight new water wise demonstration gardens. Working in cooperation with the Mesa Consolidated Water District and the Orange County Landscape Design Network, water efficient landscapes were designed by volunteers and installed by City staff around the exterior of City Hall to provide an inspirational example of low water using plants suitable for landscapes in Costa Mesa. Attractive signs identify each garden.
